Home Scotland looks for framework contractor

Affordable homes provider Home Scotland is looking for firms to bid for a building framework contract worth up to £30 million.
The framework will involve new build and regeneration work on 225 properties in the Dumfries, Glasgow, Edinburgh, Lothian and Dundee and Tayside areas.
Work will be split into four lots ranging between £6 million to £9 million. Companies can bid for more than one lot.
Deadline for firms to express an interest is 25 July.
