Morgan Sindall's affordable housing arm has been named development partner on a £53 million deal in west London for Hounslow Homes.
Lovell will develop up to 350 new homes for rent and shared ownership in the Heston area. Hounslow Homes manages the housing stock owned by London Borough of Hounslow.
Morgan Sindall chief executive Paul Smith said: "Lovell is a market leader in the provision of affordable housing developments in partnership with housing associations and local authorities, and this new partnership is testament to our ability to deliver high quality projects."
