Plans for £15m spend on Brum schools

Birmingham City Council could approve £15 million of construction spending on the city's schools over the next year.

On July 28 the Cabinet will decide on whether to agree to the spending, which would fund building works, kitchen refurbishment and new classrooms.

Councillor Les Lawrence said the programme would also help enhance students' achievements and health.
