Experts gather to launch definitive carbon dioxide guide at conference
Experts in carbon dioxide refrigeration are to launch what they believe is the definitive guide to working with the gas at a high level conference next month.
Atmosphere 2009 on October 19-20 in Brussels will feature the leading thinking in all natural refrigerants from ammonia to hydrocarbons to carbon dioxide.
Experts from Nareco2, a cross-European project, will launch comprehensive guidance and an e-learning package on the use of carbon dioxide at the conference.
The conference will feature speakers from Europe, the US, and Australia, including the UK’s Andy Pearson of Star Refrigeration, Andy Campbell of Tesco, and RAC blogger Nick Cox. Atmosphere 2009 promises to look in depth at the financial and policy implications of introducing natural refrigerants with speakers from the World Bank, the UN climate group, and the US Obama administration.
