Aspen Pumps receives Queen's Award for International Trade

Award recognises company’s commitment to innovation, investment in UK manufacturing and global marketing achievements

Aspen Pumps has been awarded what is considered the UK’s most prestigious award for business performance, a Queen’s Award for Enterprise 2009 in the category of International Trade.

After 15 years of building its reputation throughout the world as a leader in condensate removal pumps, the receipt of The Queen’s Award for International Trade reflects the enormous achievements Aspen Pumps has made in developing export markets in more than 55 countries throughout Europe, the Americas, Africa and Australia.

The award recognises Aspen Pumps’ commitment to innovation, investment in UK manufacturing and global marketing achievements.

Managing director, Adrian Thompson, said of the win: “From a business that started with three engineers fifteen years ago, the achievement in winning a Queen’s Award represents an enormous honour for the business and reflects our extraordinary success story.”

Aspen Pumps was founded in the mid-nineties and since that time has had a strong track record of sales growth.
