The contract is for a highly specialised operation known as jet grouting which will solidify a large amount of sub soil between the north pier foundation and the riverside quay wall.TIME PERIOD: Work is due to start in May 1991 and last eight months.CONTRACTOR: Keller Colcrete, Wetherby, West Yorkshire.AWARDED BY: Strathclyde Regional Council.VALUE: £2.25 million.
