20Feb92 USA: KELLER INDUSTRIES PAYS $17M TO GRAND PRAIRIE DEVELOPMENT FOR 16 HA IN GRAND PRAIRIE, TEXAS.
Keller Industries, a Canadian venture firm, has paid $17 million (£9.7 million) to Grand Prairie Development for 16 ha in Grand Prairie, Texas. Keller is planning to build 2,000 starter and medium-priced homes, a shopping mall and a hotel as part of a $500 million (£288 million) development. CONSTRUCTION NEWS
