Two UK construction companies - Cementation (Major Projects), a member of the construction division of Trafalgar House, and Edmund Nuttall, an operating company of Hollandsche Beton Groep - have combined with Japanese company Nishimatsu Construction to form a joint venture to tender for London rail contracts.These are the London East/West Cross Rail route from Liverpool Street to Paddington and the major contracts on London Underground's Jubilee Line extension to Docklands and beyond.Work ...
