29Oct92 UK: SIR ROBERT MCALPINE AND GREYCOAT SUBMIT PLANS FOR OFFICES AT LONDON'S VICTORIA.
Sir Robert McAlpine in joint venture with developer Greycoat has submitted £230 million plans to build 30,000 sq m of office space at London's Victoria station. A bus station and a ticket office for the Circle and District Lines will be built as part of the scheme.
