Argentine stake
SKANSKA, the Swedish contractor with a stake in Costain, is reported to have signed a letter of intent to acquire a 67 per cent stake in SADE Ingenieria y a Construcciones SA, Argentina's second largest contractor, for £24.1 million plus a further payment linked to performance.
