Carillion will use Hi-Viz Loadall telescopic handlers on the project at Leith Docks for offloading packages of pipework for gas and water utilities.

Buckhurst bought the new 12.5m 535-125 models as part of a 70 machine deal which also comprises 30 JCB 531-70 Loadalls and 10 JCB 3CX Turbo backhoe loaders.

Several of the machines are currently handling building materials in the development of the new Edinburgh Tram Network.
