Laing O'Rourke/Ferrovial sign £800m Terminal 2 deal
HETCo – a joint venture between Ferrovial Agroman and Laing O’Rourke – has officially signed an £800 million deal with BAA to build the new Terminal 2 at Heathrow Airport.
