Custodial sentence and community service for ignoring prohibition notice
A Lincolnshire hotel owner has been given a 12-week custodial sentence and 200 hours of community service for ignoring a Health and Safety Executive prohibition notice and failing to employ a registered gas fitter during works at his premises.
