Derby £150m office plans unveiled

Plans for a new £150 million office development in Derby city centre have been unveiled.

Derbyshire-based developer Norseman Investments is proposing a 400,000 sq ft scheme on a 12,140sq m site opposite the new Westfield shopping centre.

A planning application for the development is due to be submitted in late September.

If approved, work is planned to start in early summer 2009 and take two years to complete.
