Homes refurb deal up for grabs

Spire Homes is looking for firms to revamp homes across Northamptonshire, Rutland and Milton Keynes in a deal worth up to £6 million.
Work will involve improvements to roofing, fascias, kitchens, bathrooms, rewiring and structural repairs.
The project will initially last five years with a possible two-year extension.
A maximum of 10 firms will be invited to tender. Deadline for bids is 18 July.
