Leicester fire station revamp advertised

Leicester & Rutland Combined Fire Authority are looking for firms to revamp the central fire station in Leicester under a £5.5 million contract.

The project will include demolition work and extensive refurbishment to the Grade II listed site.  

Up to six bidders will be invited to tender for the deal which is due to start nexr January.

Firms to have until 21 July to express an interest.
