Contractors are invited to tender for a £4 million housing maintenance and repair framework for in Melton, Leicestershire for Melton Borough Council.
The four year framework will include roofing adaptations, electrical, kitchen, bathroom, doors, windows and gas central heating installations in homes across the borough.
Up to 40 bidders will be invited to tender for the deal. Firms have until 4 August to express an interest.
