Westleigh Developments has appointed Chris Brown as land manager for its land department.
Mr Brown, who was previously a land buyer for David Wilson Homes, will now take on the role of identifying new development opportunities for Westleigh across the Midlands.
Westleigh Developments Ltd builds new homes, commercial spaces, homes for retirement and homes for housing associations through Leicestershire, Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Northamptonshire.
It also manufactures its own timber frames for the construction industry from its Westframe factory in Enderby.
