Highways Agency contract up for grabs

The Highways Agency is seeking contractors to undertake road works across the east of England and the midlands in a £35 million deal.

Work will involve construction of a traffic management scheme on the A14 corridor in Suffolk, Cambridgeshire, Northamptonshire and Leicestershire. The contract will last 15 months from its award.

Up to five bidders will be invited to tender for the deal. Firms have until 18 July to express an interest.
