Completion of an education campus in a Norfolk town is to be delayed by a year after it was announced the £190 million project would be split into stages.
The College of West Anglia have appointed Wates to construct a new building in King's Lynn, where it will relocate from its existing campus in town.
A second building in March, Cambs, will be built to replace the Isle Campus in Wisbech.
Completion is scheduled by 2012.
