Equipment hirer Vp has snapped up the tools and telehandler fleet of UCS Plant for £900,000.
UCS Plant is part of Rand and Vp has also signed a three year deal with Rand subsidiaries UCS Civils and Linpave Building to become the sole supplier of small plant, tools and forklifts.
Vp's depot in Lincoln will be relocated to Rand's headquarters in Lincolnshire.
