ABS wins £3.2m fit-out contract

Fit-out specialist ABS London has scooped a £3.2 million contract to refurbish Camomile Court - an office redevelopment in the shadow of London's Heron Tower.

The project works include new plant, fancoil and sprinkler installation to each floor.

ABS will also be responsible for upgrading the buildings reception area and a complete upgrade to the core toilets

Work on the 75,000 ft² building in the City core, close to Bishopsgate and Liverpool Street Station, will complete in January 2009.

Following its refurbishment the building will be back to the market at the beginning of 2009.
