Western Cheshire Primary Care Trust is looking for firms to build health and social care facilities across the county.
The initial project involves the design, build and leasing of a 4,000m2 building with associated parking at Frodsham.
Up to six bidders will be invited to tender for the deal. Firms have until 21 August to express an interest.
