Bids invited for car showroom redevelopment

HBW Partnership on behalf of Estuary Housing Association is seeking bidders for a £7.5 million redevelopment contract in Southend-on-Sea.

The work, due to take 18 months, would see the reworking of a car showroom to provide 65 apartments and new commercial units.

Up to five firms will be shortlisted for the job and deadline for entries is 24 September.
