Norwest Holst in £12m contract win

Norwest Holst has won a £12 million contract to build a mixed-use development in Weeke, Winchester for Development Securities.

Plans include a Waitrose store, underground parking, a two-storey healthcare centre, four residential units and four retail units.

Road and footpath improvements are also included under a section 278 agreement with Hampshire Highways.
