South Hams District Council is looking for a firm to take on a landscaping framework worth between £600,000 and £2.4 million.
The two-year framework will be divided into five lots and firms can bid for more than one lot.
Work will cover public space improvements to include upgrading tennis courts, play areas and skate park, garden rejuvenation and access improvement projects across South Hams, Devon.
Up to eight bidders will be invited to tender for the deal. Firms have until 11 July to express an interest.
