Ward Homes reveals Sevenoaks plan

Plans for a residential development on site of the former Halstead Place School have been submitted to Sevenoaks District Council.

Kent house builder Ward Homes wants to build 33 houses including 13 affordable homes.

Four units will be created by converting existing buildings and the new properties will range from two to six bedroom houses.

The council has already granted permission for two, three-storey former dormitory blocks on the site to be demolished.
