Brighouse appoint new operations director

Stoke-based construction firm Brighouse Construction has appointed a new operations director.

Former carpenter Richard Shuker joined the firm as operations manager last year and has held several senior management roles during a 32-year career in construction.

Brighouse Group Holdings chairman and chief executive Russ Brighouse said: "Promoting Richard to the role of operations director was a natural move. His enthusiasm and his professional attitude speak for themselves.

"Richard has proved himself to be a fantastic mentor for his younger colleagues who are able to tap into his considerable experience."
