A derelict building in Wolverhampton is set to be transformed into 12 apartments after council chiefs received £520,000 from the Heritage Lottery Fund.
Oswin Developments is behind the scheme, which will see the 19th century building at 182 Stafford Street turned into six two-bedroom and six one-bedroom properties.
The building is next to the old drill hall offices and was used by the old School Board and as a registry office.
Most recently it was used as an office by the University of Wolverhampton.
