Morgan Ashurst has won a £10.6 million contract to build new student accommodation for the University of Worcester.
Work will cover construction of a 182-bedroom building using modular precast concrete frames and bathroom pods, which will be created offsite.
The new facilities at the university's St John's Campus are due to be completed in summer 2009.
