The firm's Birmingham office will oversee three proposed courthouses in Wolverhampton, West Bromwich and Gloucester under Her Majesty's Courts Service's technical project framework contract.
Two new court buildings in Wolverhampton and West Bromwich with a combined value of £68 million are due for completion by 2012.
The firm will manage construction of a new criminal court complex in Gloucester to bring together the city's Crown and Magistrates' courts. Work is set to be finished by 2011.
An overhaul of Rugby police station commissioned by Warwickshire Police Authority makes up the quartet and will be completed in March 2009.
Associate Julian Record said: "The law and order sector throws up its own unique set of challenges due to the high level of governance, the diverse range of accommodation and stakeholders involved, the unique security requirements and complex patterns of circulation."
