Interserve picks up £19m hospital deal

Interserve has clinched a £19 million Procure21 contract to build a new hospital in Malvern for the Worcestershire Primary Care Trust.

The Malvern Community Hospital will house 24 beds and a minor injuries unit.

Work will start in early 2009 with the hospital due to open to patients in autumn 2010.
