PPP arbiter proposes £4.4bn for Tube Lines' next upgrade
London Underground Public-Private Partnership arbiter Chris Bolt has today proposed a budget of £4.4 billion for Tube Line’s next 7.5 year tenure - £1.35bn below the tube maintenance contractor’s own estimate.
