The new 100,000-seater Dallas Cowboys Stadium is nearing completion.

The largest American Football venue ever built is scheduled to officially open on 6 June with construction having moved into the latter stages.

Pictures have been released of the Texas stadium which covers 73 acres and includes the largest retractable roof in the world.

The Cowboys’ stadium was designed by Dallas-based architectural firm HKS who are also behind plans for Liverpool FC’s new 60,000-seater stadium in Stanley Park.
